Free Phone After You Pay $40 For 1 Month of Service with Metro by T-Mobile

Metro by T-Mobile, a prepaid wireless service provider and brand owned by T-Mobile, has a promotion that can get you a new phone for just $40.

Select smartphones are free via instant rebate when you open a new account on a prepaid plan of $40 or more per month. You just need to pay for the first month of service, plus activation is free when you order online.

You have the option to use your current phone number, or get a new number from Metro. If you order now, you will only be charged $40. Taxes and fees are included. That covers the first month of service. The SIM and your phone will ship together, and you don’t need to keep paying for the service after the first month.

The device will also be unlocked 180 days after you activate the service. So you can then use it at other providers as well.

Here are some of the devices that are eligible for this promotion:

  • 32GB Samsung A03S
  • 32GB Moto G Pure
  • 64GB Moto G Power 2022
  • 64GB REVVL 4+
  • 64GB REVVL V+ 5G
  • 64GB Moto G
  • 128GB Moto G Stylus
  • and more

They’re not the hottest phones right now, but some of them are worth well over $40.

  1. Which option should I choose? Bring my own sim? Then the price is zero but if you buy the sim from them, it’s not free either. So I am confused
