Frontier’s New Promotion

Frontier Airlines is going after disgruntled Southwest fans with its latest promotion. As you know by now, Southwest Airlines will soon start charging for seat assignments and checked luggage. And Frontier is doing just the opposite.

Frontier said customers can receive a bundle that includes a seat assignment and a carry-on bag without an upcharge for a limited time. The freebies apply to booking now through  March 24 for travel through August 18, 2025. The promotion applies for nonstop trips booked directly with Frontier Airlines.

Frontier is also offering a free checked bag for flights departing May 28 through August 18. You will need to use promo code FREEBAG when booking.

“We’ve always had heart,” said Barry Biffle, CEO, Frontier Airlines. “Some airlines are walking away from what travelers love, but we’re running towards it. Think of this as the ultimate ‘divorce your old airline’ deal. If travelers show us the love, we’ll make these perks permanent.”
