Hilton to Launch Apartment Collection by Hilton
Hilton has officially entered the residential-style lodging market with the announcement of its 26th brand, Apartment Collection by Hilton. This new category is designed to meet the growing traveler demand for more space and local immersion without sacrificing the reliability of a major hotel chain.
The new brand is launching with a partnership with the apartment-hospitality operator Placemakr, which transform units within multi-family buildings into fully furnished short-term rentals.
Hilton says that these new properties will be bookable through Hilton’s direct channels starting in the first half of 2026.
The collection will initially debut in major U.S. hubs including New York City, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta. These properties will offer a range of layouts from studios to expansive four-bedroom apartments, making them ideal for everything from family reunions to long-term business assignments.
Every unit is expected to feature “chef-ready” kitchens, separate living areas, and in-unit or on-site laundry facilities. Guests will also benefit from 24/7 on-site team support and access to building amenities like fitness centers, rooftop pools, and communal workspaces.
For loyalists, the most significant aspect of this launch is the full integration into the Hilton Honors program. Members will be able to earn and redeem points for these apartment stays just as they would at any other Hilton property.
