Hyatt Amex Offer – Elite Status Earning Just Got Cheaper!
There is a new Hyatt Amex Offer out there. I found it on my Amex Gold card. I am extra excited for this one since it should make my quest for status that much easier. Remember that all nights before the end of February count as double plus a whole bunch of other promos that were extended. Let’s take a look at the offer.

Final Thoughts
Talk about perfect timing! I know many of us are chasing World of Hyatt Globalist status right now and this just made that quest a little bit easier, or cheaper I should say. I have seen reports of it on the Amex Green card as well so be sure to check your Membership Rewards earning cards first.

Hello
It is probably important to remind holders of the Hyatt credit card, that using an Amex will forgo the 4x points you would have received if you used the Hyatt credit card. Maybe Hyatt allows you to split the bill between 2 credit cards- that way you can put $300 on the Amex and the balance on the Hyatt. Once the bill gets to be around $800, its probably a better value to take the points. Am I missing something?
Depends. I received this offer on my Amex Green so I should get 3x MR plus the $60. I think I’ll take that! I’ll probably try to split the bill for the rest to hit my Chase Hyatt card if I can.
As Matt says I think it depends which card you get it on. I plan on booking a stay for as close to $300 as possible but I would think hotels would be able to work with you on the split payments if it goes above that.
