Hyatt is Offering Fast Track Status Challenge
Update: There is now a direct link with a landing page to check if your account was targeted. Hat Tip FM
Hyatt is targeting some members with an offer to earn Elite status for the next 90 days. And, you can can extend it even further by staying 10 or 20 nights. The offer is highly targeted, likely for people who work for certain companies. Let’s check the details.
The Offer
Get temporary Hyatt Explorist status for 90 days. Then, maintain status through February 2021 by completing the following requirements:
- Stay 10 qualifying nights within 90 days of registration to maintain Explorist status
- Stay an additional 10 qualifying night within 90 days of registration to receive Globalist status
Key Terms
- Must register by November 28, 2019
- Complete qualifying activity within 90 days after registration
Conclusion
The deal was posted by Deals We Like, and the offer was presented by a sales representative from a Hyatt property. Hyatt has offered similar targeted status challenges in the past. It’s interesting that sales reps have the ability to offer them.
While the offer makes it easier to get status, you will not earn Milestone Benefits. Has anyone else seen this targeted offer? Let us know.

Will this 90 day status match to mlife golf? (Then back to hyatt after the 90 days)
I got an email to stay 10 nights to get Explorist, but there’s nothing in the email about staying an additional 10 nights to get Globalist. Since I just got Explorist through my MLife status match, I really wish the Globalist was part of the deal.
No Corporate email address that’s valid
Off topic here but my World of Hyatt card statement close was on the 8th and I still don’t see the over 40000 points shown in my Hyatt account. Both have said it is the others fault and now on the 17th Hyatt email said “please note that as of now there is some technical issues due to which there is a delay in the transfer of chase points.” This kept me from booking Maui Regency before the point increase on the 18th. Anyone else having points not posting lately?
I have not heard of that but I would ask them for the difference in points since their system had errors.
I was targeted for this and work at a small business of like 4 people. I think it went to people that almost reached it last year, I was probably at 23 nights last year and got the explorist challenge.
