Hyatt Night In Promotion Provides Free Unique Experiences with Your Stay

Hyatt is currently running a promotion that has not been advertised much. It could be a good option for a short vacation or even a staycation. The value of this promotion will vary from what extras will be included with your stay. Let’s take a look at the detail.

The Offer

Take a break from the routine, keep it local, and enjoy a truly unique stay with Hyatt Night In. Perfect for a weeknight escape or a weekend staycation. Book and stay at a participating hotel by September 12, 2021 and you’ll enjoy:
  • Signature culinary- or wellbeing-themed experience unique to each hotel
  • Early check-in (as early as 8am)
  • Late checkout (as late as 5pm)
  • 50% savings on parking
  • 15% savings on select food and beverage options
  • Upgraded room at check-in, upon availability
  • Standard World of Hyatt in-hotel benefits including earning points and having nights count toward elite-tier status
  • Ability to use World of Hyatt points to redeem for a Hyatt Night In package
  • “Family Plan” option for a second room at 50% off regular rates

Promotion Page

To learn more and book your Hyatt Night In package, call 800-524-9288 or a Global Contact Center or visit hyatt.com and use Special Offer Code NIGHTIN.

Analysis

You can pay for this promotion in cash or by using World of Hyatt points. The price itself is not discounted from what I see, and could in fact be even higher than normal. But the value of the promotion comes with the extras that are listed above. This could be a private dinner on the balcony of the presidential suite, menu tasting for two, whale watching trip for a family of four, pizza making class and more.

You can see the options for each hotel in the promotion page if you scroll down. The goal is to find an affordable stay that offers an activity that you are interested in and gives you good value compared to the price.

There are also some other extras such as 50% savings on parking, 15% savings on select food and beverage options and upgraded room at check-in, upon availability.

Conclusion

Take a look at the options listed in the promotion page and what extras are provided for each property. Let us know if you see anything that you think provides good value. Keep in mind that if you’re booking with points you need to call in.

  1. Yep. Agree with above. Attempted to add it to a stay at Chesapeake, and was told that it wasn’t available on the nights we booked. Didn’t read any fine print regarding this on the promo page.

  2. You do not enjoy any of the stated benefits for free. I just stayed at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City and tried to add this offer to my reservation and the cost was 12K points per night! Not only did it take multiple phone calls and emails to get the details and figure out how to access the offer, the offer has zero value. I also tried to add it to two other property reservations that I have and was told I had to pay double to points or the offer was no longer available. Not sure how the offer could be sold out since it was on the first day of availability.

  3. Depending on the property these promotions are definitely not “free”. For example, Lenox MA increases the standard room rate if your paying cash and actually doubles the points cost for a single night.
