World of Hyatt has a new promotion that can earn you extra points for your stays. All members can earn double points, and if you have a Hyatt credit card then you get an extra 1,500 points per stay. It all starts with your second stay during the promotion period. Let’s check the details.

- Double Points bonus: You must be a member of World of Hyatt and register for the promotion between February 5 and March 31, 2020 to participate. All eligible paid stays under this promotion must occur after registration and have a checkout date between February 15 and May 15, 2020 (“Promotion Period”). Beginning on your second eligible stay, you will receive double points per eligible stay at Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide and participating M life Rewards destinations and Small Luxury Hotels of the World hotels. Maximum 100,000 Bonus Points may be earned for the Double Points bonus during Promotion Period.
- Hyatt and World of Hyatt Credit Card additional bonus: Beginning on your second eligible stay during the Promotion Period, you will receive an additional 1,500 Bonus Points per eligible stay, starting with your second stay, that includes a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night during the Promotion Period. World of Hyatt will only fulfill the promotion for eligible stays completed after your registration date. Maximum 100,000 Bonus Points may be earned for the Hyatt and World of Hyatt Credit Card bonus during the promotion period.

Hope I am right.. I added a night on Friday… Going to the Zilara in Cancun Saturday.
Will let you know how it works, as it might also be relevant at the end of the promo.
I just contacted the world of hyatt and they say that as long as the checkout is by the 15th regardless of my checking day, it will count as a qualifying night.

If I check in on Feb 14th and checkout on feb 15th, will that count as my first eligible stay.?
Also if I paid for that night with my visa hyatt card from chase will I earn 1.500 points?
No the stay would have to be on the 15th to count. And I believe you need to have the first stay completed before you would earn the 1,500 points too.
