Delta is once again offering increased welcome bonuses for its credit cards. But you can still find even better bonuses than what’s publicly available. The Delta Gold card has an offer for 50K miles and $400 credit and the Delta Gold Business Card has a 50K miles plus $300 bonus.

These offers are showing up when you make a dummy booking. Let’s get into the details of these offers.

Delta Gold

  • Earn 50,000 Bonus Miles after spending $2,000 in purchases on your new Card in your first 6 months.
  • You can also earn a $400 statement credit after you make a Delta purchase with your new Card within your first 6 months.

  • Offer ends 3/29/2023.

Delta Gold Business

  • Earn 80,000 Bonus Miles after spending $3,000 in purchases on your new Card in your first 6 months, OR
  • Earn 50,000 Bonus Miles after spending $3,000 in purchases on your new Card in your first 6 months. Plus also earn a $300 statement credit after you make a Delta purchase with your new Card within your first 6 months.
  • $99 Annual Fee (waived first year)
  • Offer ends 3/29/2023.

Conclusion

Both of these targeted bonuses are better than the current public offers. Do a dummy booking to see if you get these offers. Let us know if you see anything different.

  1. I received a 50K SkyMiles offer with $300 statement credit and $2K spend in 6 mo. I already have a DL Reserve card which is a recent upgrade from the DL Platinum. in addition I have 3 AX “charge” cards (AX Plat, AX Gold, AX Green). I was instantly approved which surprised me a bit as I have (AX DL Reserve, AX Hilton no fee, AX Aspire, AX Bonvoy) “credit” cards.
