JetBlue and IcelandAir Announce Frequent-Flier Partnership

JetBlue and Icelandair announced yesterday a frequent-flier partnership that will allow customers to earn points on the other airline’s flights. The frequent-flier pact expands on an existing codeshare partnership already in place between the two carriers.

Earn JetBlue Points on IcelandAir Flights

JetBlue customers wishing to receive TrueBlue Points on Icelandair flights will receive 1 point for every 2 miles flown in economy and 1 point per mile for tickets booked in Icelandair’s Economy Comfort class. Fliers buying Icelandair’s “Saga Class” business-class seats will receive 1.25 points per dollar. JetBlue customers will receive a minimum of 500 points per Icelandair flight, though the points will not count toward elite status on JetBlue.
