The domain for this offer is “Hawkcards.com”. I had never heard of this domain, but it is indeed owned by Blackhawk network it seems. Blackhawk owns GiftCardMall which is the brand normally associated with Kroger and gift cards online.
Best Buy gift cards are very popular, especially around the holidays. For this reason they often have a resale value of 90-93% depending on who you sell cards to. No matter how you slice it, this should be a profitable way to earn some rewards or a nice way to save some money on your Best Buy purchases.

My orders went through but are under review. Normally my GCM orders don’t go through so I suppose I got lucky.
Does it code as grocery?
No because they are sold by Blackhawk/GiftCardMall
Thanks Shawn! I’ll use my Amex Blue for Business then. Was thinking of EDP but thankfully I didn’t!
Same problem for me. I tried with 3 cards and it still didn’t go through…
Tried a couple different cards and different browsers, but transactions wouldn’t go through
