Great Deal: LA to NYC from $200 with JetBlue & Amex Offers!

JetBlue has great fares for travel between LA and NYC starting in September. The same fare prices were offered yesterday from American and Delta but with JetBlue you can also take advantage of an Amex Offer for even cheaper fares. Let’s take a look.

The Offer

Fly between Los Angeles and New York City for just $120 each way direct flights, or $240 for round trip. Availability from September till December 2017 with following dates:

  • Departs LAX: Sept 7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23, 26, 28, 30; Oct 3, 4, 7, 26; Nov 7; Dec 2, 5, 9
  • Departs JFK: Sept 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 19, 21, 23, 26, 28, 30; Oct 3, 7, 24; Dec 2, 5, 9

Amex Offer

If you have this Amex Offer you can make this deal much better. You can get a one-time $40 statement credit (or 4,000 Memership Rewards) by using your enrolled Card to spend a minimum of $200+ in one or more transactions to purchase airline tickets directly from JetBlue by 6/30/2017.

That means that you can get a round-trip fare for just $200 or two one-way fares for the same price. This won’t work on just one one-way booking since you need to spend at least $200.

Conclusion

This is a great price for travel between the East and West coast and they’re both great cities. At $200 for a round-trip it makes sense even for a weekend getaway.

You can book at any OTA for the same price, but to take advantage of the Amex Offer you need to book direct.
