  1. Shawn, would you say the base room of HR is dated? I know it’s small. I booked a 3 night stay for 25k points per night, and now I am wondering if I should choose Residence Inn Reno. We are just going to hike everyday and don’t mind the 1 hour drive. I have become a fan of RI recently, separate bedroom with full kitchen. It’s also a new property, at a reasonable 20k Bonvoy points. Your thoughts? Thanks!

    • I don’t think he was overly impressed with the base rooms. I would book at 20K Bonvoy points over 25K Hyatt all day every day myself.

  2. Spot on with the BofA biz card criticism. Worst setup/interface/app out there, which is saying A LOT.

    • It is crazy how terrible the set up is. I don’t get why they haven’t changed it in years…the absolute worst!
