  1. How did Marriott devalue anything ? They just helped re-value elite status. I don’t understand what bloggers value. What do you give away for free? Do you give up 10% of your Advertising income to us customers’? What are your expectations ? Spend $800.. get Status worth $800? Pretty shameful how entitled you sound. They didn’t devalue, they closed a loop hole to keep jerks from taking advantage of them and devaluing status for the people who do spend the money.

      Every single article you read is given to you FREE. You have consumed hundreds and thousands of hours of content from bloggers for FREE. It has brought you tens of thousands of dollars of value and you PAID NOTHING for it. So I guess you picked a poor comparison there bud.
