Ebay does gift card business the old fashioned way… they make their rules up as they go….. punch out those they dare to object or fuss, and then arbitrarily bless those they like. (and these secretly, select revealed “rules” don’t have to make any rational sense to anybody, nor do they need to be in writing…. Trump class.)
