Posts That Caught My Eye

Free Gogo Internet & Messaging for all T-Mobile Customers Beginning on June 13

Definitely good news for T-Mobile customers and just another reason (along with international data) that I need to switch back after the last of my $1,500 AT&T credit runs out in about two months. With that said, who else thinks this is going to make an already slow and sometimes unusable system even worse?

10 Reasons I’m Considering Breaking Up With American

I think this post says what I want to say well. The one thing American had going for it was the AAdvantage loyalty program. We took the devaluation and the first set of announced changes, but I think they have crossed a line. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, their planes aren’t consistent and their on-time performance sucks. Delta is so much better of an airline (in my experience) that it almost hurts.

Citibank $400 Checking Bonus with $15,000 Initial Deposit – No Direct Deposit Needed

A good offer for those who weren’t able to get in on one of the Citigold offers recently. This is for new customers only and you can no longer fund with a credit card, but $400 is definitely a nice bonus!

Great Deals

  • You can get a free burrito at Moe’s by joining their loyalty program. Details here.

Have a great evening!

  1. It’s amazing, and I am not picking on you Shawn, that most of the bloggers are posting the something, “Im done with AA” !! Finally we are getting back to the old days of revenue based rewards, no more free rides ( no pun). As someone that has over the years worked my way up stream and paying for FC in Dollars, not paso’s again no pun I welcome the revenue based rewards.

That’s not to say the people that travel a lot in main cabin shouldn’t be rewarded but after all I do pay for my seat, and I chose FC, so why should I not get something extra wake up and smell the coffee that’s how free enterprise works not mooching on CC sign up bonuses, or making around the world trips in coach to get that elusive PLT status. Really ?

Anyway said my piece sadly my main squeeze these days is AS and since I am so close to 1mm ( since 2004) I have to finish. And AS is an excellent carrier but I don’t see them going to revenue based rewards.
