New Amex Offer for Instacart

New Amex Offer for Instacart

American Express has a new targeted offer that will save you up to $40 on Instacart orders. Check your Amex accounts now to see if you have it, and take a look at the details below.

The Offer

Get a $20 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible card to spend a minimum of $150 in one or more purchases online at instacart.com or through the Instacart mobile app by 9/30/2023. Limit of 2 statement credits (total of $40).

Key Terms

  • Offer valid for purchases made online at US website instacart.com or through the Instacart mobile app.
  • Qualifying charges must post to your account before the campaign end date in order to be considered eligible.
  • Excludes gift card purchases.
  • Limit of 2 statement credits (total of $40 back) per Card Member.
  • Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 9/30/2023, provided that American Express receives information from Instacart about your qualifying purchase.

Conclusion

This is a good discount if you already use Instacart to do your shopping. But if you expect to save when using this offer, you’ll probably be disappointed. Most likely you will break even, with the convenience of having groceries delivered to you.

Instacart prices are normally higher than what you find in stores. Plus you have some added fees and tip. which should wipe out the discount you get through the Amex Offer.
