New Amex Offers

New Amex Offers

Over the first few days of the new year, American Express has released some new Amex Offers for eligible cardholders. These offers can get you savings on shipping through FedEx, discounts when you prepare taxes with TaxAct or H&R Block, or $150 off a Motley Fool subscription.

Check out the details of these new offers below.

FedEx Amex Offers

There are three new offers available, which we have seen in the past:

  • FedEx Shipping: Get 30% back as a statement credit by using your enrolled Business Card to purchase Qualifying Services with FedEx Express and FedEx Ground. Deliveries must be completed by 06/30/2022. Limit of $1,200 in total statement credits.
  • FedEx Office: Get 10% back as a statement credit by using your enrolled Business Card to purchase qualifying FedEx Office® print services by 06/30/2022. Limit of $1,000 in total statement credits.
  • FedEx Freight: Get 10% back as a statement credit by using your enrolled Business Card on eligible FedEx Freight purchases. Deliveries must be completed by 06/30/2022. Limit of $1,000 in total statement credits.

The Motley Fool

Get a one-time $150 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible Card to make a single subscription-based purchase of $499+ online at fool.com/amex by 4/4/2022.

Keep in mind that the subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period of equal length. So make sure to cancel before that happens.

This is not a great deal for now, but it’s worth keeping in mind if we see a great offer from shopping portals. Right now Hoopla is offering 85% back, up to $85. That’s still not worth it though.

H&R Block

Get a one-time $10 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to make a single purchase of $30 or more online at hrblock.com by 4/30/2022.

  • Offer valid only at US website hrblock.com.
  • Includes H&R Block’s online & desktop tax software products, and products that can be added within those products (Tax Identity Shield and Tax Pro Review services).

TaxAct

Get 5 additional Membership Rewards points for each dollar spent on eligible purchases made using your enrolled Card online at taxact.com by 6/30/2022. Limit of 2,000 Membership Rewards points.

  • Offer valid online at taxact.com or via in-app purchases.

1-800-Flowers

Get a $10 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $50 in one or more purchases online at 1800flowers.com/amexc by 3/31/2022. Limit of 2 statement credits (total of $20).

  • Offer valid online only at 1800flowers.com, cheryls.com, thepopcornfactory.com, 1800baskets.com, fruitbouquets.com, harryanddavid.com, wolfermans.com, stockyards.com, personalizationmall.com, SimplyChocolate.com, and Goodsey.com. Eligible transactions must be made in USD.
  • Excludes e-gift card purchases, wholesale purchases, and transactions made via Floriology.com, Thinkflorist.com, Bloom.net, NAPCO, NapcoImports.com and Bayberryroad.com.

  1. Does one have to have the Fool offer in one’s account and have to activate it before purchasing in order to obtain the offer?
