Nobu Hotel Las Vegas Hotel Review
Las Vegas is full of hotels of all shapes and sizes. One of the cooler categories are “hotels within hotels” or luxury hotels that are part of a wider resort. For example you have Delano at Mandalay Bay, NoMad at Park MGM, Waldorf Astoria at City Center and Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace. While these hotels differ in scope and size, they are all trying to provide an elevated experience compared to the normal resort rooms. Does Nobu pull this off?
Nobu Hotel Las Vegas – First of Its Kind
Nobu Hotel Las Vegas opened in 2013 in the old Centurion Tower of Caesars Palace which was built in 1970. While the rooms were gutted and rebuilt beautifully, they suffer from being small and I found there to be an above average amount of wear for a higher end hotel room. Still I liked my stay at Nobu Hotel Las Vegas while at the same time feeling it wasn’t quite worth the premium.
I hope you enjoy this Nobu Hotel Las Vegas review including a full video look at the property. We’ll walk through Caesars Palace and look at what it is like today along with a full Nobu Hotel Deluxe 2 Queens room tour and some other interesting stuff along the way! Nobu Hotel Las Vegas Hotel Review – Bottom Line
Nobu Hotel Las Vegas is really good, but I simply don’t feel it measures up to some of its competitors nor do I see the value in upgrading to Nobu from some of the other Caesars Palace rooms. With that said, if you don’t mind the premium and enjoy the Japanese decor and overall vibe, then Nobu Hotel Las Vegas is worth considering.

Caesars Villas and Octavian Tower have better rooms, but nothing beats the Augustus tower rooms facing the Bellagio Fountains and Eiffel Tower for views. And best benefit of Seven Stars is the rooms are always free with no resort fees, and they comp $40/day of drinks and $10/day of food due to the Laurel Lounge being closed.
That is an awesome benefit for Seven Stars. I agree that the views from Augustus are great.
Really dig your Vegas stuff Shawn
Thanks! I’m glad you are enjoying the videos!
Location, location, location
Absolutely. It does have that prime Caesars location and is in a prime location within the resort itself.
Yes I agree with Michael, where do you see upscale value at the Caesars property? Thanks Sean
I plan to have a video soon ranking all of the Caesars properties but I’d say the value in my opinion is probably at properties like Paris and Planet Hollywood. Very very nice renovated rooms, good location and a good vibe. I also think Bally’s with its new rooms is solid. I’m not sure jumping up in price gives you a whole lot more at Nobu.
What is your ranking of Caesars properties?
See my response to Barclay but the list is coming soon. I have to think about what comes out on top, but I have to say I was impressed with the Paris and Planet Hollywood rooms, especially considering the cost. I know for sure Rio will be at the bottom of the list. 🙂
