Priority Pass Restaurant At Detroit Metro Airport
My hometown airport is getting some love! There is now a Priority Pass restaurant at Detroit Metro Airport and my buddy Dan was there and shared some details and pictures with me. This was added within the last few weeks making it one of the newest Priority Pass restaurant options. The restaurant is Anita’s Kitchen located near Gate D23 airside at the Warren C. Evans Terminal (formally North Terminal). This is addition to the Lufthansa lounge that has been the only option in this part of Detroit Metro the last few years. The McNamara terminal at DTW, where Delta is based, offers a Minute Suites and Be Relax Spa.
Who Can Access A Priority Pass Restaurant?
Remember that not all Priority Pass memberships are created equal. If you get your Priority Pass membership from an Amex card, like the Amex Platinum, then you do not get restaurant access. If you get it from other cards like the Chase Sapphire Reserve or Capital One Venture X then you will be able to gain access and have your meal covered. How much is covered? Usually, you will get $28 per person in credit to use. Check the terms on the Priority Pass website or ask an employee to be sure. If you have a card, like the Sapphire Reserve, that offers you access plus two guests, that is $84 in food and drinks you can spend. It is believed that the restaurant gets back 80%-90% of that so this is a win win situation.

Priority Pass Restaurant At Detroit Metro Airport: Final Thoughts
Overall Dan enjoyed his experience and it is nice to have another option out of the Warren C. Evans Terminal since the Lufthansa lounge is pretty small and can get pretty cramped. I don’t see myself going out of my way to use this newer Priority Pass addition but it is nice to have there in case of a delay or if I want to grab a quick, free drink. It will be helpful to anyone that may be connecting through Detroit on any non Delta Airlines flight though.

I wonder if its related to the Anitas Kitchen that used to be around 15 mile and Livernois
I would guess so
I believe it’s in Ferndale.
