From time to time we come across food deals and discounts that we think are worth mentioning here on the site. Right now there are several such deals that we have put together in this article.
These deals include discounts for DashPass members for the next few weeks, free tacos at Taco Bell today and tomorrow, $1 Whopper Wednesday and NYC Restaurant Week for those who live there or plan to visit. Let’s check the details.
Summer of DashPass Deals
DoorDash has kicking off “Summer of DashPass”, which gives members seven weeks of exclusive deals. DashPass members already save an average of $5 per order, but during Summer of DashPass, they’ll get an additional $10 off with every new weekly offer.
Summer of DashPass kicks off this week and will go on for seven weeks, with a new weekly deal. This week you can get a free cheese or pepperoni ExtraMostBestest pizza with a Little Caesars order of $20+ until 7/26 with code ‘CAESARS’. In the coming weeks you can get $10 off $20 pickup orders, pet supplies, convenience store orders and more. You can see all the weekly deals here.
Free Tacos from Taco Bell
Taco Bell is giving away one Flamin’ Hot Doritos Locos Taco at any Taco Bell location in the 50 United States, while supplies last. The giveaway is part of Taco Bell’s “Comebacks” promotion. During Game 6 in the NBA Finals, Milwaukee was down at halftime against the Phoenix Suns, 47-42. In the second half, they turned it around and secured the win and the NBA title. You can claim the free Flamin’ Hot Doritos Locos Taco on July 22 either in the Drive-Through, in-store or on the Taco Bell app.
But there’s more. You can also get a free taco today. If you install the app and sign up for their rewards program for the first time, you can redeem a free taco and a Crunchwrap supreme.
Whopper Wednesday
This is an ongoing promotion that we see every Wednesday. Check your BK App for a new offer that will get you a Whopper for $1 today only. No other purchase is required.
The offer is for in-store pickup only. It does not work for deliveries. You can either order in app, or show the offer to the cashier. Besides that usual $1 Whopper deal, there’s also a $2 double Whopper and a $3 triple Whopper.
NYC Restaurant Week
If you live in and around NYC, or plan to visit in the coming weeks, you can take advantage of this biannual event.
NYC Restaurant Week offers lunch and dinner options (entrée + one side) for $21 or $39, plus Signature Dining Experiences (three courses or more) for $125. In addition to indoor and outdoor tables, takeout and delivery are available. This is actually more of a “restaurant month.” This Summer 2021’s NYC Restaurant Week runs from July 19 through August 22.
If you dine in, then you can also save $10 if you have a Mastercard credit card, or debit card. Just register your Mastercard and spend $39 or more dining on-site to earn $10 back (up to $50). You will also be entered to win 200,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles toward a trip anywhere American flies when you dine by August 15. This promotion also ends August 22 (or while supplies last).
