Conclusion

These Shop Small offers have been much better in the past, but you can still save $10 if targeted. Plus you can support some of the small businesses around you.

It’s in my EDP offers list, but I don’t understand how it works. There is no option to “Add to Card,” just a list of businesses. I guess you just use your Amex card at two of those businesses?
Targeted we did not get it, we have 2 business cards.
Must be really targeted. My wife and I have 6 Amex cards between us and none of them have this offer
