Sirius XM Promo Trial 3 Month Offer

SiriusXM Promo Trial 3 Month Offer

I really enjoy listening to SiriusXM some of the time. Podcasts do take up more of my listening time these days, but there are certainly moments when I want to switch back over to satellite radio, including when traveling. So, while I don’t want to pay a fortune for the service, I’ll definitely use it if the price is right, such as with this free trial offer for SiriusXM All Access.

The Offer

  • Get 3 months of SiriusXM Satellite radio free with no credit card required.

How to Get Targeted for the SiriusXM Trial Offer

Sirius XM Promo Trial 3 Month Offer

I have found this offer on both Facebook and Instagram ads. A few weeks ago after finding out my main car’s subcription was coming off of a retention offer, I visited the SiriusXM site to check monthly rates, etc. Then, I started seeing these ads. Unfortunately any links I copy only work on my mobile device, so I can’t share a link to the offer. I suspect getting tracked inquiring about SiriusXM might get you targeted for this type of deal.

Sirius All Access Trial – How It Works

Sirius XM Promo Trial 3 Month Offer

While my main car had the service (on a retention offer), I wasn’t paying for SiriusXM service in my secondary vehicle. Free is free though, so after I first received this offer I signed up my secondary vehicle. All I needed was the car’s VIN and their site was able to find the radio receiver from there.

As promised I did not need to provide a credit card number to sign-up. If I do nothing the subscription will end at the conclusion of the trial. They are also offering some special packages to sign-up for when the trial is over. I would pass on those and call to get the good deal when your 3 months are up.

Analysis

What makes this deal so great is that it does not require any commitment at all. If you want to try it for 3 months and barely use it. No problem! I love trials like this and they are a good way to get in the door with SiriusXM and then get on the retention offer bandwagon from there. Like I said, I signed up my 2nd vehicle without hesitation and just got targeted again, so I’ll give a subscription to my son as well. No credit card = no hassle.

Conclusion

If you are a fan of SiriusXM satellite radio or even just want to give the service a try then you don’t need to pay full price. Between free trials like this and amazing retention offers, there are so many ways to enjoy SiriusXM All Access for an amazing price.

  1. I get to the link, fill out the info and the page just sits there. Nothing happens. I’ve entered a bogus radio ID and it tells me it can’t find the radio. But when I enter a valid radio ID, it just sits there. I would rate that a lousy site. If its not going to work, let the user know why. If it’s working, it should give more info. Almost like a ploy to get you to call so they CAN get your credit card and start charging immediately or after the free trial. Really not impressed with Sirius.

    • (Replying to my own comment ;-> ) So I went ahead and did a chat session to see if I could get the trial started – since I was getting nowhere on the website. As I expected, they asked for a TON of personal information, then said that I did NOT qualify for the free trial but they would sign me up for a paid trial. Then out of curiosity, I tried the radio from our other vehicle. That number took and it told me immediately that radio did not qualify and showed several pay options to get it going. So in my opinion, this is a scam to get your personal info, and/or to get you to pay for Sirius. WHICH if it was really commercial-free, and worked better around tall buildings and under bridges, I would probably consider it. But can’t pay for something that doesn’t work all the time and has commercials.

  2. I received a letter from SiriusXM stating they were giving me a 3 month trial offer, no credit card required, and service would stop at the end of the trial unless I subscribed.

  3. How is this useful without the offer code?

FYI it is easy to keep renewing at $25 for 5 months, an offer that has been running for over a decade. Nobody should ever pay full price for XM radio.
