Starbucks Red Cup Day 2021
I wanted to give everyone a heads up that Starbucks red cup day 2021 happens tomorrow on 11/18/21. This is the 50th anniversary for Starbucks so I think these may be even more collectible than normal. Many people will resell these on eBay or locally at a profit so I figured I would alert everyone to the offer.
Starbucks Red Cup Day Details
Every year there is a Starbucks red cup day to kick off the holiday menu. These are reusable cups that come when you order certain holiday drinks. You essentially get a free cup to keep versus the normal ones you recycle or throw away. These are first come, first serve. When they run out, they run out. I am sure some people will hop around to all the different Starbucks in their area. The cool thing is that it will work with food delivery services etc. too. Hello UberEats Amex Platinum credits! If you are so inclined :).

Final Thoughts
I am not a Starbucks fan, haven’t been in one in at least 5 years, but I think I will go for some of these tomorrow. If you have a lot of Star points then this could be a good way to cash them out at a profit too. You could get all the free Starbucks you want if you turn around and resell the cups.

Got mine this morning at the Starbucks inside our nearby Target. I’ve no interest in reselling, but I was hoping to get 2 (one for the me and my wife), but this year they said it was limited to one per customer (whereas last year I was able to get 2). Not sure if this is a new policy or I just got lucky last year. 😉
Interesting. I went through a drive through this morning and got 3 so I am guessing it was that store (or employee) specific. I am sure being in a Target meant their stock was smaller than a normal location.
