The other day I covered holiday portal referral promotions from several portals including Ebates and Upromise. While the Ebates promotion is probably the best since you can earn $100 for only 3 referrals, the others may be worth checking out as well.

Now Top Cashback has also gotten into the holiday referral game by increasing their normal $10 referral payout to $15. Here are the details:
