Walmart Amex Offer – Rack Up 5X Membership Rewards!

There is a new Walmart Amex offer that dropped today.  Is it because Amex and Walmart are now in bed together with the new Amex Platinum coupons that dropped today? Possibly. Whatever the reason this should offer you some easy points if you are targeted.

Details of the Offer

Get 5 additional Membership Rewards points for each dollar spent on eligible purchases made using your enrolled Card online at walmart.com by 11/25/2021. Limit of 2,500 Membership Rewards points.  Excludes Walmart+ memberships.

Don’t forget the Chase Freedom Flex earns 5X at Walmart this quarter as well. Although the Flex earns 5X in store too.

Final Thoughts

I guess the best option is to buy a Walmart gift card and lock in the 5X earnings. You can then use the gift card at Sam’s Club etc. if you are a member.  Buyers groups may be a good option too with the holidays coming up.

  1. Is there a strategy to make the $12.95 purchase on + if you’re already in the middle of a one-year subscription that’s long ago paid for?

  2. I got a spend $12.95 on Walmart+, get 1500 MR points. Seems they always duplicate the new platinum benefits on my gold card as soon as they roll them out (Clear, Walmart+)
