I am an existing Wells Fargo customer but my husband just opened up a checking account for the new customer sign up bonus. I want to help him make the deposit minimum by having my checks deposited into his account. My work will not let me deposit into his account without being an authorized user. Since I am already an existing customer, can he still get the bonus if he adds my name to his bank account?
That I am not sure. I would suspect no since you would most likely be a cosigner and thus an account holder, but you would have to ask them directly.
It give me an error, says it’s not available in my area.
I am on Work Visa here. Don’t they give accounts to visa holders ? All other bank do, i have with BOA and Chase. Got an email ” No account has been opened. If approved, your new account will be eligible to receive a bonus offer”
They dont. I just confirmed with my local branch.
Also wondering what else counts as DD here.
CO360, PNC, Santander, Ally are most likely to work probably. Robinhood as well if you have an account.
you would have to be insane to do any business with this company.
I agree! Any chance they would match this? (we just did 150+100 offer…1 month ago)
Worth a try, but I really doubt they would match it.
Really wish I didn’t go for the $200 offer a few months ago…
I’m self-employed. Which bank’s ACH transfers will count as direct deposits? I’ve heard Ally’s ACH transfers may work, but I need more opinions.
They have worked in the past. Capital One 360 has also worked for me.
Thank you.
Do you get cash bonus for the extra accounts they sign you up for? [rimshot]
Fingers crossed 🙂
