Wells Fargo Autograph Card Will Get Transfer Partners
Wells Fargo has revealed that it will soon add a new option for redeeming points earned with the Wells Fargo Autograph Card. This is a solid product with no annual fee and bonus categories such as 3X on restaurants, travel, gas stations, transit, popular streaming services, and phone plans. The card also has a welcome bonus of 30,000 points bonus right now.
Cardmembers will soon be able to take advantage of points transfers. A new online redemption option will be available for all Points-based Wells Fargo Credit Cards called Points Transfer. With Points Transfer, you will be able to redeem Your Points to transfer as miles, points or credits to participating partner loyalty transfer programs.
This will be an option for points earning credit cards such as the Wells Fargo Autograph Card, but not for cash back cards like Wells Fargo Active Cash. We do not know any details yet about possible transfer partners or transfer ratios.
The information was first shared last month in the monthly statement of the Wells Fargo Autograph Card. This new option was originally supposed to go live on November 15, 2023. However that date has passed and the current monthly statements now show that the new feature is expected to launch on December 10, 2023.

The Wells Fargo Autograph Card offers a welcome bonus of 30,000 points (worth $300) after you spend $1,500 in purchases in the first 3 months from account opening.
Of course, this is good news. But, the big question that remains is whether WF’s travel portal will be competitive with Chase, Citi, and Capital One. That is, will it earn 10X on hotels and rental cars as well as 5X on flights?
