$100 Southwest Gift Card For $90, Swych Promo

There is a deal ongoing on the Swych app for Southwest gift cards.  The deal gets you 10% off a $100 gift card ($90).  This is great for anyone who has a companion pass since you can essentially double those savings if you fly with a friend.  Too bad Swych purchases no longer earn 5X Ultimate Rewards points with the Chase Ink Cash/Plus card.

Details of the Offer

  • Get 10% off a $100 Southwest gift card when using code VacayDay.
  • The promotion runs until 6/15/19 at 11:59pm Pacific or while supplies last.
  • There is a limit of one per person and 2 per household.  So you can double down with a significant other’s phone if you choose to.

Final Thoughts

A decent deal but not amazing.  It could have been a resale play for some if Swych was still earning 5X UR points.  This deal is best for personal use.  If you have some cash flights coming up then this could save you some money.  Remember to pay the remaining balance of the flight with a card like the Chase Sapphire Reserve so that you get the delay/trip protection too.  In this case you could have your cake and eat it too ;).
