Save 20% on Happy Gift Cards with Discover Cashback

Discover cardholders that have a cashback balance can get a 20% discount on select Happy gift cards. There are several denominations available, varying from $20 to $200. These are cards that can be used at several merchants. Let’s look at the options.

The Offer

There are four types of Happy gift cards that I see listed in my account:

  • Happy Holiday Gift Card
    • Macy’s, Ulta Beauty, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Red Lobster, Lowe’s or GameStop
  • Happy Moments Gift Card
    • Regal Cinemas, Macy’s, Sephora, Bed Bath & Beyond, The Cheesecake Factory, Red Lobster or Buffalo Wild Wings
  • Happy Rewards Gift Card
    • Regal Cinemas, Sephora, American Eagle, Barnes & Noble, Dave & Buster’s or Under Armour
  • Happy Dining Gift Card
    • The Cheesecake Factory, Red Lobster, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cracker Barrel, McCormick & Schmick’s or P.F. Chang’s

You can find the Discover gift card page here. You can buy a $20 Happy gift card for $16 or a $200 gift card for $160, with many options in between.

Conclusion

The Happy Holiday Gift Card should be useful with Lowe’s and GameStop as eligible merchants. There are also of dining options with the Happy Moments and Happy Dining Gift Cards.

Don’t use up all your cashback though. Save at least a couple of dollars in Discover cashback so you can use it for possible discounts on Amazon.
