2016 Freddie Awards Voting Open

The Freddie Awards were started in 1988 by Inside Flyer founder Randy Peterson (who also founded BoardingArea) and have grown to become a huge deal for travel loyalty programs. This year the awards will be held on April 28 in Las Vegas.

The Freddie Awards are voted on by members of the various loyalty programs. In fact, you will probably receive an email or two from your favorite programs asking you to vote. I know that I have received a few emails today already because voting is now open through March 31, 2016.

How to Vote

Voting is simple. Go to the Freddie Awards voting site and choose your language and region. You can then choose to vote in as many or as few categories as you wish. In each category you can choose up to 3 loyalty programs and rank them from 1 to 3. I love the voting process since you can choose only the categories and/or programs you are comfortable with.
