$2,500 Bonus for the Capital One Spark Cash Card

Huge $2,500 Bonus for the Capital One Spark Cash Card

Capital One has made news recently with some huge bonuses on its credit cards. They recently increased bonuses for their Spark Cash and Miles cards to $2,000 or 200K. But there’s an even better bonus that’s being sent out by email to some customers.

The Offer

  • Earn a 1,000 cash bonus when you spend $10,000 in the first 3 months of opening your account.
  • Earn $1,500 when you spend $50,000 in the first 6 months.

TOTAL BONUS: $2,500

  • This card also earns 2% back on every purchase.
  • This is a limited time offer.

This offer amounts to a total of 7% cashback on your $50,000 in spend and the $59 annual fee is waived the first 12 months.

Conclusion

If you are able to spend $50,000 in the first six months, then you end up with a total cash bonus of $3,500, when factoring in the 2% cash back on all purchases. 7% is a huge return. But you need to have the means to complete that kind of spending.

Some people might prefer the Miles version of the card though, not that Capital One miles are transferable to travel partners.

Did anyone receive this offer?

  1. I just received this card in the mail Dec 24th. In your opinion. Do you think Capital One would honor the better offer?
