$300 Capital One Checking Bonus
There is a new $300 Capital One Checking account that you should be aware of. The offer is available online and nationwide, and the account has no monthly fees. It is one of the easier checking account bonuses out there, and the bonus usually posts pretty quickly. Update 3/23/26: There is a targeted $400 offer going around as well. I added the details as well.

There is also a $400 targeted Capital One checking bonus offer that some are seeing in their Capital One accounts. Be sure to log into your app, or online account, to see if targeted (HT DoC). Here are the terms of the offer:
- Open a 360 Checking account using a targeted offer found in your Capital One account for a $400 bonus.
- Set up and receive at least 2 Qualifying Direct Deposits each of $500 or more to your 360 Checking account within 75 days of account opening.
- Capital One will deposit the bonus into your account after the first two requirements listed above are completed. See below for when the bonus will be posted.
This is the best I can remember seeing for the Capital One checking account bonus, so grab it if you see it.

- Open a 360 Checking account using promotional code OFFER300.
- Set up and receive at least 2 Qualifying Direct Deposits each of $500 or more to your 360 Checking account within 75 days of account opening.
- Capital One will deposit the bonus into your account after the first two requirements listed above are completed. See below for when the bonus will be posted.
- There is no end date listed for this offer.

- If you have or had an open 360 Checking, Simply Checking, or Total Control Checking account as a primary or secondary account holder with Capital One on or after January 1, 2024, you will be ineligible for the bonus.

Easy $300 Capital One Checking Bonus
This bonus is available to everyone, as long as you don’t have a Capital One account, or had one after January 1, 2024. To earn the $300 bonus you need to open a new checking account and complete two direct deposits of $500 or more within 75 days. Normally, transfers from Chase, Charles Schwab and some other institutions will trigger the direct deposit requirement. The fact that so many things work to trigger the bonus, and the quick turnaround for posting the money, makes this one of the better offers out there.
