Amex Hilton Credit Cards Now Live! 350,000 Hilton Points up for Grabs!!!
American Express took over the Hilton portfolio as the only issuer. Along with that announcement last year, they also revamped the lineup of Hilton cards. Mark covered all four new cards explaining what you should expect as far as perks and benefits go. Now American Express has announced signup bonuses for these cards and you can already apply. Note the standard and Ascend cards are not considered new products. If you have had the previous versions of these cards then you won’t be eligible for a bonus again.

Conclusion
Most of the bonuses are in line from what we were used to expect on the old Amex Hilton cards. But the new premium American Express Hilton Honors Aspire Card with a $450 annual fee also has the same bonus as the $95 fee cards. It does offer some nice benefits, but I would have expected a higher bonus as well.

I spoke with an AMEX rep today, & he says AMEX is sending out upgrade offers by month-end to current Surpass card holders. He says the offers (to upgrade from Surpass to Aspire) will vary by account but that bonus Honors points (likely with spend requirements) will be offered.
Anyone know how the Priority Pass access works with these cards? Do they refund the charge if billed to the Amex Hilton?
I would assume for the ones that have a limit that would be the case or you would just get to swipe your PP 10 or 12 times etc. before charges started to hit your card.
I think the Aspire Card comes with 100,000 points and a free weekend night or am i reading it wrong? Then it comes with all of the statement credits
Yes you are correct. More info on the offers linked in the article.

What are the restrictions? Once a lifetime? None? How many can I get? Etc.
Once per lifetime on the bonuses.
Amex application rules are as follows:
You’re limited to one approved credit card every 5 day rolling period and two approved credit cards every 90 rolling period.
What is the application strategy for applying for Amex cards?
Can I go ahead and apply for all cards on the same day?
Or just 1 personal and 1 business card on the same day?
You’re limited to one approved credit card every 5 day rolling period and two approved credit cards every 90 rolling period.
Since these are all credit cards you can only get 2 of them over the next 90 days and they would need to be 5 days apart.
