Conclusion
This is a great offer for the Amex Business Gold Card. You need to spend $10,000 in the first 3 months to earn the 90,000 points bonus. You can then earn an extra 30,000 points for applying and and drawing at least once from a new Kabbage Funding line of credit.
This offer gets even better because it has no lifetime language. It means you can get around the lifetime restriction and get a bonus again even if you have the card in the past.
However, it is a targeted offer. Check the link and hopefully it works for you. These offers usually pop up in your online account, or are sent out by mail or email.

Be careful using Kabbage. I have their checking account. Just received an email over the weekend forcing me to verify my linked bank account after 4 months. Am unable to transfer money between these accounts until I provide full statements and a voided check from the linked checking account. Attempted to reach customer service from Saturday till Monday. The very limited hours they list for customer service over the weekend is BS. They weren’t open at all. Tried repeatedly Monday, and while they were open, the call just disconnects after about 10 minutes of waiting for a representative. Was at least able to link a different bank account and pull my money out. Proceed with caution. This is the most shady bank I’ve dealt with in the US. Embarrassing that this is tied to Amex. Not a good look at all
