This offer is targeted – if you get the “offer is no longer available” message that means you were not targeted for the offer.

The fee on the American Express Business Platinum card went up today to $595.  We gave you a few warnings already, so if you wanted the card, hopefully you already applied for it before the fee hike. But if you want to apply now there’s a new link for a 75,000 points bonus that doesn’t seem to have the lifetime restriction.

The Offers

  • Earn 75,000 Membership Rewards(R) points after you spend $5,000 on eligible purchases with the Business Platinum Card within the first 3 months of Card Membership. Link to offer
  • Earn 75,000 Membership Rewards(R) points after you spend $10,000 on eligible purchases with the Business Platinum Card within the first 3 months of Card Membership. Link to offer

Conclusion

With the fee increase you also get added perks such as one year of complimentary Platinum Global Access from WeWork, up to $200 in statement credits on Dell purchases and $100 hotel credit for The Hotel Collection (increased from $75). The fact that these links don’t have the lifetime restriction, is helpful since you can get he bonus even if you had the card in the past.

  1. I been wasted to click link since February 1st and shows ” offer no longer available” Can you explain to me as why posted as bogus (rubbish) links

    • It is a targeted offer – no longer available means you were not targeted. We should have made that more clear in the post.
