Amex Business Cardholders, Earn Bonus Points for Adding Employee Cards

All information about the American Express credit cards mentioned in this article has been collected independently by Miles to Memories.

American Express often offers bonuses for adding additional cards to your accounts. These bonuses are usually for adding one card, and it can be an easy 15,000 points. But you can repeat these bonuses for multiple employees, and earn even more. Check out the details and the links for four American Express Business cards.

The Offers

Add up to five new Employee Card Members to your eligible American Express Business Card account and earn bonus points or cash back after each new Employee Card Member spends $4,000 in eligible purchases on the new Card in their first 6 months of Card Membership. Maximum of five additional cards.

Here are the eligible products:

  • Amex Business Platinum
  • Amex Business Gold
  • Amex Blue Business Plus
  • Amex Blue Business Cash

Key Terms

  • Offer is nontransferable.
  • Purchases made by other Employee Card Members on your Account, including Employee Cards that you do not add here, will not count toward the $4,000 spend requirement.
  • Your purchases as the Basic Card Member will not count toward the $4,000 spend requirement.
  • The 15,000 Membership Rewards points will be applied to the Basic Card Member’s American Express account within 8-12 weeks after the Employee Card Member has met the purchase requirement.

Conclusion

With this offer you can earn up to 75,000 bonus points for adding five employee cards, or $500 for the Blue Business Cash card. This works even better if you are working towards a signup bonus, since employee card spend counts towards that bonus as well.
