Amex Credit Card Offers Incognito 2017
Amex has tightened up rules on credit card bonuses over the past few years. This means that most people should wait for best ever bonuses or at least close to it, when applying for an Amex card. One of the ways to do that is the occasional increased offer via incognito. From time to time Amex targets certain users with increased offers when you visit their website.
Doctor of Credit is reporting that many increased offers are now showing again, for some. Here’s a list of the best offers that have been reported so far:
- AmEx EveryDay Preferred 30,000 Membership Rewards Offer
- AmEx EveryDay 25,000 Membership Rewards Offer
- Blue Cash Everyday $450 Offer ($250+ 10% Back At Restaurants)
- Blue Cash Preferred $450 Offer ($250+ 10% Back At Restaurants)
- American Express Green Charge Card 25,000 Membership Rewards Points Offer
- American Express Gold Charge: 25,000 Points Offer
There’s also offer for the Amex Platinum card for 75K after $5K spend, Amex SPG for 30K and Amex PRG for 50K. However we’ve seen better offers recently for all these cards, so it’s worth waiting, unless you need points right away.
How This Works
To get these offers to show, visit the American Express website in private/incognito mode. Once on the Amex site, browse to a specific card. Once you find an increased offer on one card, you can go to the “All Cards” section to possibly see more. You can also copy and paste the URL of a specific card if you want to keep trying directly to get an increased offer for it.
If you are having trouble getting an increased offer to show up, try different devices and browsers. There’s really no golden rule on how to get these offers to show up. But, trying over and over seems to be your best bet.
Use Caution
American Express has been cracking down on manufactured spending lately. All the issues I’ve seen have affected MR earning cards. But, I would suggest to avoid any MS if you get one of the best offer and you do apply for any Amex cards. Conclusion
While this isn’t the craziest deal in the world, being able to get the best bonus possible for an Amex card is important due to their once per lifetime restrictions. It does seem that the targeting is a bit tighter than it has been in the past, but if you really want a card and try hard enough, you might be able to score one of the offers mentioned above.
