Amex Offers for Amazon Purchases

American Express has launched new Amex Offers that will earn you bonus points on Amazon purchases. There are at least two different versions of this offer, so hopefully you can find one of them in your accounts. Let’s see the details.

The Offers

Here are the details for the two Amex Offers for Amazon purchases that we have seen so far:

  • Spend $150 and get 1,200 extra points, up to 3x. Max 3,600 bonus points.
  • Spend $50 and get 500 extra points, up to 3x. Max 1,500 bonus points.
  • Offer ends 7/19/26

These offers will net you up to an extra 8x or 10x Membership Rewards. That is on top of the normal earning rates for the card you use for the purchase. These offers may be in the form of cash back too, as they often are.

Here are some notable terms of these Amex Offers for Amazon purchases

  • Offer valid online only at US website amazon.com or through the Amazon app.
  • Not valid on purchases shipped outside of the US.
  • Excludes corporate gift card and custom-designed gift card purchases.
  • Excludes Prime memberships and auto-renew subscription services.

Amex Offers for Amazon Purchases: Final Thoughts

These Amazon Amex Offers are targeted, so check your American Express accounts now and add them to eligible cards. Amazon gift card purchases and Amazon reloads have worked in the past, so that can be an easy way to use these offers even if you don’t need to purchase anything right away.
