Apple Back to School Sale

Apple has launched its 2026 Back to School promotion, offering a bonus in the form of Apple Gift Cards for select purchases. Eligible students, parents, faculty, and staff can receive a gift card worth up to $150 when purchasing a qualifying Mac or iPad through the Apple Education Store. The promotion runs through August 27, 2026.

The biggest bonus is a $150 Apple Gift Card with the purchase of a MacBook Pro. Buyers of a MacBook Air, iPad Pro, or iPad Air can receive a $100 Apple Gift Card. The gift card comes on top of Apple’s year-round education pricing, giving you discount on future Apple purchases.

Here’s the list:

  • MacBook Pro: $150 Apple Gift Card
  • MacBook Air: $100 Apple Gift Card
  • iPad Pro: $100 Apple Gift Card
  • iPad Air: $100 Apple Gift Card

While it’s nice to see gift cards return, shoppers should still compare prices before buying directly from Apple. Retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, and others often discount Macs and iPads beyond Apple’s education pricing, and in some cases those savings can exceed the value of the promotional gift card.
