Domino’s Best Deal Ever
I love a deal that aligns with my natural needs and wants. If I’m spending cash money on a good or service, anyway, I’ll happily take any discount or “free” that comes along with it. Occasional family meals out, including going out just to bring them home, perfectly fits in my current life season. Domino’s best deal ever has been going on for over a month, and it just entered its final week. Today, I’m spending more time than necessary considering its greatness. Better late than never.
Unboxing Domino’s Best Deal Ever
Domino’s emails me more than I’d like. But every once in a good while, I receive a worthy one. In mid-June, Domino’s touted the return of its best deal ever: I could get any pizza with up to seven toppings for $9.99. This promo expires this coming Sunday, 26 July.
Domino’s liberally uses the term “any” here. The deal excludes XL and specialty pizzas. Toppings are limited to six for pan (my personal Domino’s favorite) and NY style crusts.
This promo only comes along a few times a year – at most -but it’s noteworthy for something more than its limited frequency. Certain Domino’s patrons can save bigger now more than any other time. I’ll quickly run the numbers based on my local Domino’s pricing.
Domino’s Large Hand-Tossed Pizza With 7 Toppings
- Normal Price (pre-tax):Â $27.24
- Best Deal Ever (pre-tax):Â $9.99
Domino’s Medium Pan Pizza with 6 Toppings
Normal Price (pre-tax):Â $22.99
Best Deal Ever (pre-tax):Â $9.99
Those are savings of ~63% and ~56%, respectively, over the pies’ normal prices. Of course, I and many of you would never pay normal prices for Domino’s or any other big chain’s pizza, so we shouldn’t overstate that savings. Regardless, it’s a substantial deal over what even the normal promos provide.
And one part of the fine print is easy to avoid. The terms state the deal excludes specialty pizzas. Adding a listed specialty pizza doesn’t trigger the promo when added. But the coupon does work when you manually build your own pizza, including to the specialty pizza’s specifications.
To add perspective to this deal, only one other Domino’s promo approaches it.
A More Frequent Alternative
Domino’s runs a different, more frequent promo where I also like to take advantage: 50% off all regularly-priced pizzas. This half-off promo comes around a handful of times a year, noticeably more often than the best deal ever above. This deal doesn’t have the exclusions the current promo does. For example, those who opt for XL pies come out ahead with the half-off deal.
Make It Even Better
Of course, you can make this deal better with other stackable plays, similar to how I described back in 2020. While Domino’s is pretty much gone from online rewards portals these days, the other angles are alive and well, including:
- Buying discounted Domino’s gift cards with the optimal credit card at warehouse clubs
- Stacking with Domino’s Piece of the Pie Rewards loyalty program
Conclusion
Full disclosure, when it comes to big pizza chains in my area, Domino’s is my second-favorite behind Marco’s. But I temporarily flip those rankings when both of these deals arrive a few times each year. I’ll definitely pick up Domino’s once more before this deal ends.
Have you taken advantage of this Domino’s promo this go-round? What’s your go-to order?

I’ve gotten so much Dominos with the Paze offer recently. Just picked up 4x 20oz pop bottles because I didn’t need lunch.
Sounds like one of them good problems, Zach. 😉
