United’s stance on this entire situation is completely wrong.  Ian shared his issues with United on Miles to Memories and then swore off United for life over at Travel Update. I had a run in with Frontier last night when I was hung up on two times in a row after 2 hour holds each time. As soon as I asked for a refund for a cancelled flight they said let me look into that…click.  People will remember who acted in the interest of their customers when this is all said and done and who didn’t.  Those two are now on my no fly list.

This comes after Best Western recently did the same thing.  This isn’t surprising because that is actual cash out of Southwest’s pocket and I am sure there was a run on them in recent weeks.
