I think they need to start punishing passengers acting out to the extremes to let them know this is not to be tolerated.  You rarely see people act as poorly out in public like they do at the airport / airplane.  It really doesn’t make sense to me.  Ban then from flying for life on all airlines and pay restitution.  That will curb this real quick.  We have seen a massive spike in passenger related issues this year. Something needs to change.
