What an absolute disaster.  All of that hard work becoming one of the most on time airlines gets blown up over a couple of weeks.  I have had a lot of good flights on Spirit Airlines, and really enjoy the big front seat.  But when things go wrong they rarely can do much to help you and their compensation is essentially worthless.
