This just goes to show that you need to check your accounts regularly because there are terms that say banks don’t need to do anything with fraud after a short period. I am surprised banks are so short sighted with customers though. They never look at long term consequences and the high cost of customer acquisition. This was their chance to cement a customer relationship and gain a young customer for life.
