  1. For the airport rankings, it’s very odd that Moscow airport (SVO) is ranked as number four. They have some of the rudest staff I’ve ever seen at an airport, and the fact that Charlotte and Miami both made the top 10, is just strange!

    • Regarding Miami, agreed.
      Regarding Madrid, I’m not certain whether it was rudeness or apathy. (Same applies to Iberia service.)
