Audible Membership Offer
A couple of years ago Amazon purchased Audible and since then they have worked hard to integrate the audio book platform into their ecosystem. While they have a free trial for first timers, you can only do that once. Thankfully they are also throwing a bone to Prime members even if you have done a trial in the past.
The Deal
Amazon Prime members can get 3 month of Audible for $4.95 per month. Offer Link
Need to Know
- You will be autobilled $14.95 per month after the 3 months if you continue
- Set a calendar reminder to cancel and you won’t be charged
- If you haven’t done the free trial, you may want to do that instead
Analysis
I actually signed up for the Audible deal and was glad to get the discount considering I have a road trip coming up with a lot of driving. I am no longer eligible for the free trial (which is probably a better deal if you are eligible), but to be honest $5 is still a great deal. I’ll get one free book per month, which is a good value.
Amazon Music Unlimited
In addition to the Audible offers, I happened to see that Amazon is offering 4 months of their Music service for $.99. You can also do a 30 day free trial instead. I haven’t tried it out yet, but might at that price. Have you tried it? Is it better than Spotify? Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

Any idea how long that 3 month offer will last? Wonder if I have time to do the 1 month free trial then purchase 3 months for the $4.95 deal.
Not sure. They often run specials, but this is the first time I have seen the discounted 3 month offer I believe.
