Barclays View Mastercard to Replace Old Apple Card
Barclays has reached out to customers who still have the old no-fee Barclays Apple Rewards Visa to inform then that they will be shifted over to a new product, with a different rewards program. Andrew provided the details in our Facebook Group.
Apple launched its new card developed by Goldman Sachs in 2019. In September of 2020, Apple discontinued special financing for Barclays cardholders, suggesting that customers get the Apple Card instead.
Barclays is now ending its Apple Rewards program as well. Starting on May 7, Barclays Apple Rewards Visa cardholders will receive a Barclays View Mastercard. This is actually a somewhat interesting product, which will remain fee-free. Let’s check the details.
