Bellagio Conservatory Spring 2023 Display

Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens has introduced its new spring 2023 display, “Giardino Dell’ Amore,” which is a collaborative effort between designer Ed Libby and the Bellagio Horticulture team. The exhibit, which runs until May 20, is an immersive experience that pays homage to Bellagio’s Italian inspiration. “Giardino Dell’ Amore,” is designed to engage all five senses, with a soundtrack setting the ambiance amidst visual delights.

The History of Bellagio Conservatory

The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is a must-see free attraction in Las Vegas. It has become a signature part of the Bellagio experience, with a different display for each season. Since opening in 1998, the conservatory has seen millions of guests and remains one of the most popular attractions in Las Vegas. Each season, the horticultural team and designers create an immersive experience that aims to transport visitors to a different world. With the Conservatory’s prime location in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip, it’s the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the Sin City.

The Giardino Dell’Amore Display

The Giardino Dell’ Amore exhibit is an ode to the love and romance inspired by Italy’s gardens. With four beds and a Garden Table, the exhibit is an immersive experience that pays homage to Bellagio’s Italian inspiration. The West Bed features an enchanting pavilion-style gazebo and an elegant European fountain, while the North Bed features a majestic fountain adorned with the iconic Bellagio “B.” The East Bed features four floral heart-shaped arches providing a larger-than-life pathway. Lastly, the South Bed features a magnificent European-style white marble gazebo draped in multicolored flora.

The Garden Table

The Garden Table is a unique dining experience in the heart of the Conservatory. Surrounded by florals, a pond featuring two young lovebirds, rose-covered lanterns, and white wisteria trees, it’s quite the location for a romantic meal. The Garden Table is complemented by brunch service from Sadelle’s and dinner from MICHAEL MINA Bellagio. Reservations are required for the Garden Table, and they can be made online or by calling 702.693.7317. I have heard this can book up quickly during busy times.

Sustainability at the Conservatory

But what about the water? MGM boasts that the water used in Bellagio’s Conservatory and Botanical Gardens comes from on-site underground wells that use rain and recycled water from the resort, avoiding the use of municipal potable water. The water in the Conservatory is also recycled throughout the exhibit. This helps reduce water consumption.

Conclusion

The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is one of the best free things to do in Las Vegas and the Giardino Dell’ Amore exhibit looks great. With the exhibit running until May 20, visitors have plenty of time to experience this taste of Italy before it goes away. This is one of my favorite things to do in Vegas and I plan to get down there to check it out.
