Chase Ultimate Rewards, 30% Avios Transfer Bonus

Chase has launched a transfer bonus for its Ultimate Rewards members. You can now get 30% more Avios when you transfer Chase Ultimate Rewards. The promotion is for all three Avios frequent flyer programs. Let’s see the details of this promotion.

The Offer

Limited time offer: Get 30% Bonus Avios when you transfer points through 11:59PM ET on December 9, 2020. Bonus Avios will be awarded by Avios in your account when your transfer is complete. The offer is valid for:

  • AerClub, loyalty programme of Aer Lingus
  • British Airways Executive Club
  • Iberia Plus

Ultimate Rewards points transfer to Avios at a ratio of 1:1. So with this promotion you would get 1,300 Avios for every 1,000 Ultimate Rewards that you transfer. You can read more here about how these transfers work.

Conclusion

We often see Avios bonuses from Amex Membership Rewards. But, the Chase Ultimate Rewards program doesn’t have many of these promotions. So this is a good time to check your travel plans and see if a transfer makes sense for you.
