Choice Hotels And Wells Fargo Will Launch New Credit Card
Choice Hotels has partnered with Wells Fargo and Mastercard to launch its new credit card. The card will officially launch in May, but some people are seeing the card live. At that time, current cardholders will also see their accounts converted to Wells Fargo.
The new collaboration will make Wells Fargo the official issuer and Mastercard the exclusive payments network of credit cards for the Choice Privileges program. With this new partnership, cardholders will enjoy the following benefits and features:
- Welcome bonus of 60,000 points, as reported on reddit
- No Annual Fee
- 5x points on stays at participating Choice® hotels
- 3x points on purchases at gas stations, grocery stores, home improvement stores, and phone plans
- 1x points on other purchases
- Automatic Gold Elite Membership- 10 Elite night credits qualifying cardmembers for at least Gold level status each calendar year
- Cell Phone Protection

In addition to earning points on everyday purchases, Choice Privileges cardmembers will also enjoy World Elite Mastercard benefits, which includes access to offers with select merchants, World Elite Concierge services, in addition to Mastercard’s Priceless Experiences.
Current Choice Privileges cardmembers will receive these new benefits and features starting on May 1, 2023, and new credit card applications will be accepted by that time. Existing customers are currently being notified of the changes by mail.
